This past Saturday I had the pleasure of attending the 9th Wonder event we posted about before here in Orlando at The Bboy Spot, and believe me it was everything I expected. Presented by LRG & OUR Show the event consisted of a lecture by the legendary producer in which he told us about his early inspirations, the history of Little Brother, his career, the state of Hip Hop today, and he even played a few classic samples to show us where the roots of Hip Hop lie. After the lecture there was a screening of his new Kenneth Price directed documentary “The Wonder Year”, then 9th got on the tables for a first-hand demonstration of his talents. As mentioned before, the infamous 9th Wonder will be here in Orlando tomorrow for a screening of his documentary “The Wonder Year”, as well as a lecture/Q&A session and more.
