When I first heard Mayer Hawthorne a few months ago and his album, “How Do You Do”, this was an automatic favorite. Not just because Henny & Ginergale is one of my drinks of choice, but because this song is jam-min! This is what we call feel good music. The visual compliments the song to the T as a bunch of beautiful ladies surround Hawthorne while sipping on none other than a glass of Henny & Gingerale…

Philadelphia Freeway posted up on the right though!
So, it turns out the clip Jay-Z released last week wasn’t the name of his new album but the title of something just as awesome. “Made In America” is the name of Budwesier’s first music festival which the jigga man will be the curator of and headlining performer at. Jay made the announcement this morning in front of the Philadelphia Art Museum alongside Mayor Michael Nutter (pictured above).
The two-day event will bring as many as 28 musical acts to Fairmount Park in Philadelphia on September 1st and 2nd. Tickets go on sale May 23 with proceeds going towards the United Way.

MoShadee here and I’m dropping off my latest record with my brother Creestal, (the second half of our duo CM Jones if you haven’t been up to speed with my most recent moves.) This record here… is something that’s been years in the making in my head. This was all put together this past weekend but, I’ve had desires to put Marvin Gaye’s “I Want You” to use from the first time I’ve heard it. We put together a spread to break down the entire process of making this record along with some photos taken by Nakeya B, just to add a visual aspect. Get the full breakdown here at the CM Jones Tumblr. Let me know what you feel.

Basically, OverDoz is letting ya’ll know to get ready for their Nu Nu shit which I’m guessing is titled “Lauren London” and I can’t be anymore excited. “Live For, Die For” still gets a large amount of play over here so I’m really looking forward to hearing what they’ve been up too…DEST!

Chicago’s own Chance The Rapper offers up the latest visual from his #10Day Mixtape for “Hey Ma”. I love the moving picture effect throughout the clip. This dude is talented and this #10Day mixtape is certainly helping build his buzz. Give that a listen if you haven’t already.
