I’ve been following Brandon Hines for a minute now. Even before he was featured on J. Cole’s “Dreams.” For the past couple of months, the RnB crooner has been on the low working on new material with Jermaine Dupri and now we finally get to hear something. “Yes You Are” has arrived just in time for Valentine’s Day as Brandon praises the ladies on this one. Stream for now but expect the MP3 on Cupid’s day. Spotted at IFMAG.
This dude doesn’t stop…

It’s been a minute since I posted some music from the Texas player Doughbeezy but that doesn’t mean anything. Here we have the first visual from his upcoming mixtape, Blue Magic, due out March 1st. The song “Grind” features a Sade sample which aids to the already smoothness of the track..
Philly emcee Ryshon Jones pens a letter to the ever-so talented Jhene Aiko.
To sum up this song, when I listen to Jhene Aiko I get this weird feeling inside because listening to her literally brings me close to a girl I lost.

TDE x Digi-Phonic’s own Wille B drops his first instrumental project entitled “Ichiban: Sound In 3D.” The album includes instrumentals of some TDE favorites like “Rigamortis” and more. This is worth the purchase if you ask me, your very own instrumental enthusiast AO!
Tracklist and Purchase link after the jump..
The rumors have been floating around for a few weeks that Rick Ross might be signing Emilio Rojas and Dom Kennedy to his MMG roster. Above, the bawse talks to MTV about both emcees.. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
Inspired by Prodigy eh?
Still, for Wiz the explicit title has so much more meaning. “I was just talking about me being a young rich dude and being black,” Wiz told Shade 45 hosts Sway and Devi Dev about his experience in airports. “It looks crazy to them when I walk up to them and show them my ticket or I’m going in priority seating, They’re like ‘You’re sure?’ ”
On one hand Khalifa is glad that he’s made it; on the other, the racism that he’s experienced has left a bad taste in the rapper’s mouth. “It’s a good feeling and then it’s like a bad feeling because it’s like, ‘Damn, why do you feel like that about me,’ ” he said. – MTV
All I know is that this album better shit on “Rolling Papers”
